Awful. I stopped going here a few years ago. The dentist told me I had gum disease, referred me to a specialist, when in reality I had an abscessed tooth. I don't have MassHealth anymore but when I did, they would make me wait until they took care of all the other people who didn't have it. This is not a caring dentist, avoid them at all cost, all they care about is money.

I normally have cleanings done here and mouth work haven't had any issues, recently been calling to make an appointment no response I have bad sensitivity. Was flossing one night and my filling fell out I called them and left a message and no response, I'm going to find another hygienist

I have given this dentist practice more chances than i can count. They have gone through several changeovers which means there are different dentist every time I go. The last dentist (Doctor Cox) was awesome. She was thorough, so kind and knew exactly what she was doing. Unfortunately they lost her. Doctor Cox told me at my last appointment she was fed up and leaving this practice. Well today at my appointment i waited 45 min. to be put in a room. I have given this dentist practice more chances than i can count. They have gone through several changeovers which means there are different dentist every time I go.
