First off, let me start by saying I couldn't be anymore happy with the job itself as when my car was finally completed, it exceeded my expectations. Not only was the repair completed which was perfect....the shop also took time to throughly wash my vehicle including sparking the tires. Even the inside was detailed, smelled awesome & the car was vacuumed as well! On top of that, the technicians are honest as they found 60$ in my car I forgot about and rightfully returned it... This shop did an excellent job repairing my Fiat 500 X after an accident. Although it took a long time to get the right parts, I knew they were doing it right and it was well worth the wait. It is like a brand new car and I couldn't be happier. I always got updates and return calls and messages from them. They were very responsive, and that's something customers really appreciate.
Had to take my 2013 subaru wrx to Hampden auto body and from start to finish I knew I was being takin care of because there is alot of shops that will give you the run around but not here!! Being as busy as they are they still got my car completed in a timely manner! I couldn't be more impressed with the work they have done! If I ever need another repair, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!! Mike was professional and courteous, took the time to answer my questions and explain the repair. Determined how to best go about getting my CR-V fixed quickly and without much effort on my part. My car looks perfect and I couldn't be happier! Highly recommend and thanks for the great work!
