As the Ex-administrator I know alot about this place, the management and the owner. I was doomed from the Frist time I walked into the facility. Management will give no support and blame you for everything but want you to fill the beds ASAP. The state requires to have enough food for all the resident plus 3 days of emergency. Well, I can tell you I had a budget of $500 to feed 17 to 20 residents each week. That equals to $29 for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks per day per resident. This is basically a trap house that’s funded by the state of New Jersey. Riddled with bed bugs. They serve food that’s comparable to prison food and that’s supposedly part of the rent cost. Untrained, unqualified, unprofessional, emotionally abusive staff. They play games with peoples medicine. Half the clients are on crystal meth.
