Whatever you do and how desperate you are, DO NOT get service from Garcia. He doesn’t answer his phone or update you on the case and when you do get a hold of him, he will charge you and tell you that’s he’s working on it or then pretend there issues or whatever excuse he thinks of. Or do something with the case right there and then when you talk on the phone with him and then charge you for it. Customer service and returning phone calls times three never happened when calling this office. But then calling the attorney I did hire and gossiping about me to her was pretty low. I am not sure whether to call the demeaning information gossip or slander, but either way it was unbecoming of an attorney to try to make me look bad for doing nothing wrong or indiscretionary.
