She was very communicative and thorough throughout the entire process of my gum graft, from the consultation to checking in the night before to the procedure itself and follow up two weeks later. I rarely write reviews about places unless my experience is either amazing or awful, and my dental cleaning today with Kia (not sure of the spelling) was definitely unpleasant. It started off fine with him asking me what country I was from, but when I answered that I was from here in the US, he said, "Oh, okay. I thought you were from Brazil because you're wearing a cross around your neck. If you're not Brazilian, I don't call that religion. I just call it a fashion statement." She explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure, and followed up closely afterward. I had very little discomfort and the results look great. Such a wonderful experience ! As I usually went to public dental I encountered go on a private my visit was super professional, helpful, kind and respectful .
