Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Yes, I was able to rinse Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding

Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Maybe, I'm not sure if I loved them that much. Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? No, I wasn't given any helpful advice

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud due to it being a pediatric office but it was fine. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I highly recommend Dr. Hammond and her wonderful staff. My kids ha... read more

Was this provider late to your appointments? Yes, it ruined my schedule for the entire day Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Many! I got to pick my favorites from a huge selection Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection

No, they were on time Were the staff members able to answer your questions? The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
