The establishment does not partake in Covid-19 protocols that the ga board of cosmetology mandated. Client are not instructed to wash & dry your hands. The staff take you directly to a pedicure bowl. The nail tech file had been used for days it appears it had not been sanitized. When I asked the nail tech started to speak in her language, pedicure bowl water was COLD I mentioned to her twice. This Spa is amazing. The wonderful customer service, the beautiful atmosphere, and the beautiful work keep me coming back every time. Highly recommended!
