Worst buying experience ever. Honestly, I have no idea how this lot stays in business. I called for months to try to get my situation reconciled in any way & was told by both the manger & sales associate that they witnessed the owner "throw my messages in the trash because he didn't give a s***. Do not buy any vehicle from this lot.
Couldn't have asked for better service. The staff was friendly, polite, and on point. No run arounds. Would definitely recommend this company for any used car need you may have. 5 star!
BUYERS BEWARE. If there was an option for negative stars, there is no business out there that has earned that than AUTO KING OG HAMMOND. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR- DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER PURCHASING A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE.
