Just terrible in every way. The appraisal was inaccurate as documented by the seller's property disclosure and inspection not to mention readily apparent external condition. The appraisal also documented that they took information from the homeowner. When I called to note that the assumptions may not be accurate and to express concern over the homeowner influence on the appraisal, Kristin began yelling at me and interrupted me so many times that I couldn't finish asking my questions.
