Hammersmith HOA is purr garbage. They don't do what their contract says they will do and then they sarcastically poke fun at this. I truly can't imagine how this company still exists except for the fact that HOAs (9 times out of 10) simply leech from the communities which they manage. They could at very least stick to the contract.
