Thought we were having a good experience. Picked up the car everything seemed in order, looked like they did good work. Unfortunately, not long after leaving their shop our car dies. I pop the hood to find out they have removed my nearly new battery and replaced it with what looks to be a salvage yard battery with no labels on it. They also for some reason cut off my terminal and replaced it with a wonky cheap one. Basically want to total my truck 9k for a bumper, bed and taillight and to fix and paint a small dent in the tailgate. Waited 20 minutes to be seen and watched them greet and take others who showed up after me. Very unprofessional will let my insurance company know aswell
