If there was a ZERO I would rate it that! PLEASE BECARFUL for the manager! She is the BIGGEST crook! She makes you sign the lease before you can even see your apt. And than traps you into signing a YEAR! lease! She will keep your deposit, and the apartments are TRASHY! There people outside by the kids "play ground"(if you could even call it that!) Management is more concerned with parking than the safety of their residents. People are getting robbed right outside of their apts. Even the pizza man has been robbed and wont deliver here no more. I had to find this out through a conversation i overheard from a woman whose dad was robbed at gunpoint. This new management claims to be nice to future residents but its fake. OMG!! This place is infested with bedbugs!! The manager is of NO help and her supervisor tall racist lady is just that racist! I have lived here 9 months and I too am in the business. This place is a joke. Out of 200 apartments here not even half is full this place is like abandoned. The leasing person in the office is a sweetie but that does not really help when the manager does not care that I have rats, bedbugs and my stove does not work!
