service was not the best. Walk in to be seated. didn't ask if wanted inside or outside and it's 90 degrees. and tried to put us outside. server was nice and prompt. food was not the up to standard for the price.

Food was decent and our waiter was nice, but Brad, the manager was awful. We had a 50% off ANY menu item with a purchase of 2 beverages. The only exclusions were oysters and specials which we had neither. They took the 50% off our lowest menu item so with the cost of drinks (when we could’ve gotten water) we literally saved 50 cents. When we talked to the manger he offered no help whatsoever said we could use it again another time if we wanted. I was livid to say the least and we will not be going back!

RecommendedWe love Hammerhead Fred's! The service was great and the food was delicious! The Shrimp Trio is my favorite! But the crab legs were delicious too! They also went above and beyond as far as customer service by mailing my 3 year old a replacement frisbee after hers got broke. We will definitely be back. ❤🍤🦀

The portions were small for a shrimp dinner for 18.00 and the broccoli cheese that went along as a side was not cooked and the cheese was watery.
