Hammer uses maltodextrin as their primary carbohydrate source and once you do the research you will wonder why other companies use anything else. Hammer Gel is my favorite product - highest quality fuel with a great taste, and the jugs are extremely economical!

I started using Hammer 10 years ago when I was in search of a product that did not cause GI distress. When I had my first long run with Hammer gel and had no issues, I was hooked! Gels (I love espresso!), fizz, heed, perpetuem and recoverite are my go to for fueling and recovery. Their whey protein is super clean and isn't filled with junk! You can't go wrong with Hammer; I highly recommend their products.

I have been utilizing Hammer nutrition for many years, it takes an edge over every other leading brand out there. No cramps and no stomach uneasiness with any of their products. Great for short or long distance athletes amazing quality all around.
Hammer has been my go-to sports nutrition for almost 10 years. I rely on the quality it delivers and it does exactly what it promises to keep me run/biking/swimming strong. I could go on and on, but let's just say Hammer Nutrition is simply the best.
