One star because there isnt a no star option... These people are the worst! My car took one month to fix.. One month for a bumper, fender and headlights? Then they charged my insurance for work that they didn't do. These people need to be shut down as soon as possible. The owner is rude and I had a few choice words for him. He took the little rental my insurance paid for days before my car was finished. One month, $5500+ and all for a new bumper, fender and headlights. The absolute worst. I'm surprised Joe the owner hasn't been charged or convicted of insurance fraud yet. Avoid this place at all costs, they will take forever with your vehicle then avoid your phone calls. They will cut any corner possible to pocket the check meant to fix your car. Never again!
Outstanding work! Sent multiple cars. I am a perfectionist who needs my cars 195℅ whole (in better condition from what I could possibly make it. They definitely do that. I understood I wasn't getting cheap work like most franchise body shops that only give you one bottom of the barrel paint job. DO NOT go to Hammer Collision. They are completely unprofessional in dealing with car repairs. My car has been in the shop over the twice the amount they had initially estimated all because there was a communication issue with the adjuster and they had failed to inform me about it. The car was simply sitting in the shop for over a week. When I tried to ask them to keep me updated on such delays and status, they declined, saying that they had too much on their plate. If you are in need of auto repair; I strongly suggest you find another shop to go to! Hammer Collision had miraculously found my stolen truck before the cops even did and contact me because they went through my truck to find my business cards and contact me stating that they found my truck. They had my truck for four months (took the insurance company 6 weeks to give the go-ahead to start the work) and never started the work on my truck!
