The best part of dealing with this office was the root canal itself, painful though it was. There was a mixup with my bill -- an honest mistake where the office sent the bill to the wrong address. It was at least as much their fault as much as it was mine. I had a problem with my front tooth. Two options were to repair the tooth or swap it out with an implant. I explained that it was the front of my mouth and I didn't want it to look weird when I smile, so whichever procedure would be best for that. He said repairing the tooth was a good option, the side effects would be minor and he could do it that day. Three weeks later, the stitches have dissolved and I'm traumatized.. Extremely disturbing incident with Dr. Hamlin: Family member, who had seen him only once for a consultation / the follow-up for actual dental work was just a few days away-- developed severe infection with pain -- twice. First time he willingly called in antibiotics and low-dose pain medication. Six weeks later, with a subsequent identical situation, he refused -- claiming she "came to the office and refused treatment" --completely false, and we have the records to prove it. I was referred to Dr.Hamling by my dentist. Very nice experience for I had a tooth extraction and his assistant Erin made me feel very comfortable. Went home very confident I was well taken care of.

Have had two tooth extractions with implants. Dr Hamling and his entire staff are very professional and welcoming. When I had an issue on a weekend I was able to text Dr. and get an immediate response!

Too busy to listen and cost me thousands of dollars and a tooth to find that out. I'm still in pain a year later thanks to his inattention and refusal to admit there was something very wrong with my tooth.

I travel from out of state to see Dr Hamling for dental work on multiple occasions and he and his staff have been amazing every time. The dental work he performed was done with precision and he cured my pain! His dental office was very clean and comfortable. Every visit I am always greeted with a smile and a welcoming atmosphere. I have recommended him to friends and family in need of dental care for which Dr. Hamling provides and they've been equally satisfied. Very good hands and great choice.
