Hamilton's Unlimited was here before the plumbers and had my house back to normal in less than four days - including new drywall and paint. On a Sunday evening, a huge clog backed up the drain for both of my 2nd Floor bathrooms and the water ran down into my 1st Floor ceiling. I noticed some mold on my bathroom ceiling and I decided to call around to get an estimate to have the mold removed. One contractor attempted to charge me over $500 and I knew that amount didn't seem right. I contacted Kevin with Hamilton's Unlimited and he came over in the pouring rain at 5:30 pm at NO charge and he provided me with some great tips to take care of the matter. On August 13th my wife and I came home to find our basement had flooded due to heavy rain and a failed sump. We called Hamilton's unlimited and within 2 hours him and his sons were at the house and immediately started the mitigation process. Over the course of the next few weeks Hamilton stayed in close contact with my wife and I to get the work done. We had some expensive furniture and some area rugs cleaned by Kevin and his crew. He was very accommodating to our time constraints and showed up on time to give us an estimate and was even able to complete the work the same day! Very honest company and did great work. Kevin and his team were very personable and they even showed us the amount of dirt that he was able to remove... we were shocked! We will definitely use Hamilton's Unlimited the next time we need their services and highly recommend them for others.

I needed a reliable and deep cleaning for carpet on a rental property. Mr. Hamilton quickly responded and came the next day for an estimate. The estimate was fair for the work that needed to be done. I was extremely satisfied! The carpets were deep cleaned, stains were gone, carpet re-stretched and repaired and smelled great! I highly recommend him! He is very professional.

WOW!! All I can say is wow!! I lived in a home for 10 years before I rented it out. After 3 years, my tenant put more wear on my carpet in 3 years than I did in 10 years. My tenant allowed his dog to use the basement carpet as it's own personal bathroom. I was devastated that my home of 10 years was treated so poorly. I couldn't be more happy with the cleaning of the carpets in my home. My grandmother lived in a portion of our home with her dog. I was concerned about both the appearance and smell of the carpets before having them cleaned. Hamilton's Unlimited was able to make my carpets look (and smell) like new.
