I just bought a house with the help of Hamilton's Realty. Maikol Popa, my primary agent was great. He is a FIVE STAR agent! I was consistently impressed by his willingness to engage in every house we saw, and we saw over 30, and in every issue that came up while negotiating with the seller's and during the closing process. I tried on multiple occasions to set up the initial appointment with Eric Edwards and he persistently blew me off. Our first meeting I asked if it could be pushed 30 mins out and I was okay if he wasn't able. He cancelled the appointment. I told him I wanted to meet in the evening because my husband gets home around 5:30. I messaged him at 5 to see if he was coming and he replied, "Oh I was hoping you forgot." Very unprofessional, DO NOT GO HERE
I love working with all the agents of Hamilton's Realty. Hard working, straight forward and full of knowledge about Real Estate. Their AWESOME!!
Update: so after being told that we where approved for the lease and that we got the house, when waiting for the lease to come in I get an email stating that the house has been sold. There was no communication that the house was sold prior. All we where told is that we were approved, the owner approved and that the house was ours. Guess not, terrible communication. I do not reccomend these guys at all. Furthermore, no one ever seems to answer the phone, the only one's that get back are eric and Mike.
This company can't wait to get their hands on your money. They hire contractors that work for the property management team, work is completed, everyone happy; expect the contractor who doesn't get paid. They don't care about anything but taking your money and your time.
