Not exactly sure what this guy is getting paid for but he does nothing and collects a check. He does a crappy 30 second drive by and leaves a bill. When I have ants? He tells me how take care of it myself, still have ants. Rodents? He says lay traps that I go buy and lay myself. Termite inspection? Extra inspection, extra fee. I asked he spray for fleas and ticks to protect from the neighbors animals, he says go buy drops to put on my pets fur.
