I’m very thankful for the care my grandmother receives at Hamilton Trace. The staff is always kind, nurses, CNA’s , therapy, activities, housekeeping-everyone. She stays busy in activities and has fulfilling days. I never have to worry about her, which I very much appreciate.
My mom has been here at Hamilton Trace for about a month and it has been a nightmare. Nursing care is horrible, basically nonexistent. The aids are short staffed and could care less about the patients. My mom has incontinence and must wear diapers. She has laid in wet and dirty ones for hours on end. Hits the call light and is ignored until they feel like doing something about it. She fell out of her wheelchair within the first week due to poor equipment, no feet on the chair to prop her legs up, so she slid out. I could go ... read more
