You failed my father’s health. He was only there w a pic line. You sent him home w the virus. He didn’t get any therapy while there and you - YOU are responsible for his passing. Terrible terrible place. Take my post down. I hire a lawyer and I’ll be in touch soon.
I have been trying to contact Michelle or anyone at this building for months regarding my retirement account with Cardon. If someone could please send me info on how to retrieve my retirement account from Cardon as a precious employee, that would be great. Thanks. I have reached out on Facebook messenger for months as well.
After hospitalization I was in short term rehab here. My experience was medications were given on time, all staff were positive and friendly and all would stop to answer any questions,dining room staff (and food) were very good,therapy dept was exceptional, all my needs were met and yes I would highly recommend Hamilton Trace.

This place is an absolute joke. What a poor excuse for a nursing and rehab facility. Don’t put ur family member here unless you’re prepared to watch them suffer and not get anything done for them wish I would have seen all the terrible reviews of this place prior to putting my mother there. The reviews speak for itself. Only thing this building has going for them is the looks which doesn’t mean anything.

What a great team at this facility . They are amazing at Rehab and getting you back to your home! The nurses are so nice and the food is pretty good!
