When Marge broke her ankle in three places this year she had to spend some time at Hamilton Trace and the people there were amazing!! All of the nurses, aides and physical therapists were terrific!! We will highly recommend this facility to others!
My mom was in several different facilities and while this one was the nicest building it also was a nightmare when it came to the nurses. We had issues from the beginning with the nurses not following wound care instructions and my mother’s bandages were falling off of her and soaked. My mom had to be transferred back to the hospital because the lack of care resulted in a serious infection that she died from. Don’t be fooled by the nice exterior and look for a facility with quality nursing care.
The staff is awesome and very attentive. The food is pretty good too in case you want to eat with your family members.
