Trigger warning- Brutaly honest review: Honestly the OG Two Cousins was amazing and I wish I would've paid attention before they switched over because this "Hamilton's" is not good at all, compared to Two cousins. I wish I would of taken photos but yesterday I called at random for a birthday and we all decided to try this for the first time our order was very random and a pretty large order the lady who took the order was very kind and happy to take our larger order. Staff shortage that day. Other staff friendly. Had to get our table wiped off and helped staff as they were short staffed. Pizza was dry and not full of toppings out of green peppers. Crab ragoon pizza was better but took forever we were done eating first pizza and had to go ask about the other. Stuffed baked potato was good. Got our own plastic utensils but they only had one spoon available. I simply was not impressed.
The food was adequate to the cost. Not expensive but also not noteworthy. My issue, and if I wasn't with someone else and not wanting to make a fuss, was the tip begging payment process at the time of ordering prior to any type of service. I would have walked at that point if I was alone. Just FYI, if you are against these practices, they are at Hamiltons. I am a generous tipper, but feel its necessity in advance to hopefully ensure good service is not my preference and won't return.
Food would of been great if it was Hot, luke-warm at best, no deep fryer so couldn' order 1 item wanted, 1 meal never recieved, got 2 Appitizers1 came after our main meal was done, the other didn't get until we were leaving. Waitress was nice.1
