My 6 year old granddaughter had several fillings done by them that all fell out on 3 different occasions! They refused to fill them again after they fell out the last time because they said "they are baby teeth." She just had to have a root canal by a different dentist today because of Riversides negligence! I absolutely will NEVER recommend or use their services again!!!!
this place is a straight fraud company they will do anything they can to defraud the government insurance and will not fix your teeth correctly they caused me and my girlfriend to have infections in her mouth without even attempting to call dentist in to look at the problem I would advise no one to go to this dentist office unless you want problems and a possible future lawsuit
I had a place in my gums is not of fixing my gums they took my bottom teeth out they should of knew they cut my gums so I could brush my teeth now I got my bottom teeth or gone why they took all my teeth on the bottom I told them my jaw tooth hurts he said he fix it but they didn't now I'm in pain why don't they care and I can't see what I write I will tell everyone what you did to me

I took my 13yr old and my 6yr old....they both got cleanings and was told my youngest didn’t have any cavities..... I didn’t have any issues with the dr. Or the staff, everyone seemed to be very nice and good at what they do. I was able to be in the room With both of my children and they was able to put them in side by side rooms while i went back and fourth. They were great.

They tried to say my child who visited them the 1st time had 13 cavities. I didn't believe them since it had only been 7 mos since the last visit with previous dentist. Took her for a 2nd opinion to find out she only had the start of ONE cavity!! Will NEVER recommend them!
Very pleasant staff and the dentist was amazing. Took forever to get my tooth out and him and the girl helping were there 45 minutes after their close time.
I really like this place I have always had a good experience with the staff until today. Now my family have been patients here for more than three years. Out of the blue I was told today the doctor prefers the parent not to be in the room. This is not a problem but in 3 yrs this is the first I have heard it. Now if u don’t go in the room with ur child no one will come explain what’s going on with ur child or what needs to be done.
