.The building is great, family oriented and very quiet. I have lived in the building for 11 years and loved every second of it. Close to West Hollywood, the heart of Beverly Hills, LACMA and only 10 min from historical Sunset Blvd. The apartment manager Alina is amazing, very prompt, very professional and easy to get ahold of. I highly recommend living there as Alina will make sure that you have a great stay.
I lived here for 2 years and was very happy with the location, beautiful street, the adequate amenities though I did not really use the pool it was always available, easy access to restaurants and grocery stores, and I was able to walk to work, which is a huge bonus. My neighbors were very respectful, and property manager, Alina was very responsive and did her best to assure all of my requests were met. My apartment had new appliances and spacious. I recommend this location!
Well.. The women who showed us the units was the rudest and the most arrogant person I've ever seen. I don't know why she did not welcome us at all. We just wanted to see the units with appointment. Anyhow, the units were not satisfactory either. We saw 1bd unit and 2bd unit. In 1bd unit, the view is such that I only can see the other buildings and it has a bad water pressure. 2bd unit is much better but for the price? I won't go there.
