Been a client of Hamilton for 4 years (renters) and now that there is a security deposit dispute we don't hear anything from Joe Nap... We heard from him once since sending them the dispute and then he played dumb and never once acknowledged that he was working on the problem or that he received our e-mail and letter sent via UPS. That they saw fit to send all the ridiculous claims on to us, without reviewing the owners claims, and without any walk through before us moving out was a slap in the face as we pride ourselves in ... read more
