We lived there for three years. A- building is infested with roaches and our upstairs neighbor had a leak from their bathtub which then caused our ceiling to cave in, maintenance was called, they tore out the ceiling and never came back to fix it despite us calling them over and over again and using the portal through the new management multiple times!! Vacant apartments are being remodeled. You will have to inquire about the amount of rent. Newer owners from Kansas...Hawk-Eyed Management. Just remember, they abide by Kansas rental laws since the Management company is based out of Kansas State. Both HIV apartments and Oak Tree Apartments are single-handedly owned by thee above company. There is apparently no office on site and the phone number listed for these apartments apparently nobody knows how to answer the phone I have called about 6 or 7 times since 8 this morning and nobody has answered. .....I have no idea what the hours are cause it's listed nowhere good luck trying to get ahold of this company
