The management at this location is disgusting. They yell at their tenants, they ignore issues for MONTHS. Crazy part is they switch management every other month and don’t tell anyone that it’s changed. You don’t know who you’re even paying rent to. It’s disorganized. And the trailers aren’t even nice enough to put up with the hassle! Horrible horrible company.
We have lived here for over 5 years and have had several park managers come and go. We have had no one for several months. The owners are not really known and we have tried to get help from the person who is in another city that answers all phone numbers listed. We have never been late a single time paying our rent until this month. There are problems with the current bill and have been trying for over a week to get it resolved.
