Wonderful office, awesome staff and Dr Zak is the best! I recommend this place every chance I get. They have the best prices in the area and are always upfront about all costs and services in advance. We can tell they truly care about the well being of our babies, we've never felt like a number and we always leave feeling like we get nothing less than top notch treatment and care for our girls.
I could not ask for a better vet. Dr. Zak and the entire staff are gems. I have 2 dogs, and one is special needs (blind, diabetes, other complications), and we have been going to Hamilton Plaza Animal Hospital for years now. They are the only ones I trust with my babies, especially with my older dog. They are kind, dedicated, and always treat us with respect and individual attention according to our needs. Incredible professionalism. Went in with a very difficult situation and Dr. Zack and the staff not only saved My dog Avery but did so while reassuring me every step of the recovery. So thankful, would highly recommend to anyone looking for the care for their pets that they would give at their own home.
Dr Zac is the best Vet we have EVER had! Her entire staff is wonderful! Their love and compassion is clearly felt, and the care is second to none!
Thank you for taking care of our Gypsy this weekend as she made her transition to the Rainbow Bridge. From the compassion and concern I got from the receptionist who took my call...to having the room set up and ready for us as soon as we arrived...you helped our family incredibly by making our last moments with our beloved family member better.
