I am writing this review to warn others about our experience with Hamilton Place Apartments. During the application process, we were told that our income did not meet the requirements. However, instead of issuing a formal denial, we were informed that we could only move forward if we paid six months of rent in advance. On my move-in date, we found that my couch could not fit due to the hallways being too narrow, unable to turn it enough to get into the apartment. Then I found out that this is a known issue. When asked how other people resolved it, was informed by the property manager that they could not resolve it, the people had to get rid of their couch.
