My provider was very nice, but the front office staff is awful. The receptionist is rude, condescending, and constantly talks over me. She talked to me as if I know nothing about the medical industry when I've been in it for 5 years. I am probably not coming back to the office, and it is solely so that I never have to interact with her in person or over the phone ever again.
