I stayed in Unit 2. When we entered the Master bedroom, it was noticeable that the carpet was wet from the washroom and to the closet. Additionally, a towel was placed on the carpet to absorb the wetness. This was coupled with fungal stains on the ceiling of the garage which is below the Master bedroom. The next morning, when the shower was operated the reason became clear that the plumbing in the Master bedroom was cooked as water started over flowing from the Gutters. Overall: 1. Super annoyed about our recent stay. The place itself was decently roomy and okay clean. The customer service was so horrendous and Ms Ruth absolutely infuriated me. Our shower was a disaster. there were 2 nobs, 1 to adjust something to do with the shower head and one to turn the water on. We twisted and still got nothing but a sad trickle and a little spraying from the seams between the shower head and pipe. After a sweaty day at the beach, all we wanted was a functional shower.
