This apartment was without a doubt one of the best places I’ve ever been. I am completely satisfied with this apartment. Staying in Unit 4. Everything is amazing! The abundant amenities, TV, decorations, it makes me and my family all feel welcome and comfortable. The bedding is clean, the towel is clean, we could not actually express our words. Amazing. 5/5.
Horrible customer service extremely poor!
Extremely poor customer service!!! Unreasonable behaviour!!! I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with this accommodation. The property is spacious, but several serious issues made the stay unacceptable: • The TV did not work. • The shower head could not be adjusted. • The bathroom bin was too small to use properly. • Most importantly, the bedding was unhygienic. The quilt was not inside a proper quilt cover, but only wrapped with a flat sheet. When I went to sleep, small insects came out from inside the quilt... read more
