Ed is great. I had a minor concern regarding my wipers, Ed got me right in and fixed them for me with no questions asked.
I've had several family members that bought vehicles from Hamilton and I will continue to refer family and friends.
I have purchased several cars there for my family, all of which are still running and being maintained at the dealership. Every purchase was fair to both myself and the dealership. My trade-ins have always brought a fair price after, sometimes, long negotiations. They are a business and I am a customer. If we can't agree, I have the option to walk away.
They really know what customer service is all about. The service department is by far the most customer friendly.
service was not what I expected. I went for oil change and was given a additionalcharge of $45.00 for a dianostic charge to find a blown fuse. I did not ask them to do the dianostic test. They told me when I took my car in, they could just check the fuse. Wallace L. Miller
