Jaxson in service department is very responsive and helpful. I always need a shuttle to and from work and they are very accommodating.
Had a very bad experience at this dealership. Wanted to buy a used truck and felt like I got the brush off the whole time I was there. I explained my situation to them and they told me "I need to take this more seriously". They told me to come back on Monday when they reopened. Hamilton Nissan Service department has gone above and beyond for us on numerous occasions for service with our Titan pickup. We were having Inconsistent problems with our battery and it was difficult to troubleshoot. Jackson and the other service staff were very attentive in helping me get my truck to the shop and diagnose the problem. They’re always polite and willing to make sure our vehicle is safe to drive. Happy to have them as local dealer!
