I went in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and they took my car back to the service garage right away. I waited in the lounge for nearly 2 hours. I went out to the service lane and my service advisor had already left for the day with no communication. I had to find someone else to see what was happening with my car and what was taking so long. My car was back in the service lane within two minutes. I just went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was offered a deal of 3 oil changes for a fraction of the price of paying each one separately. Can’t recommend Jackson enough with the help and welcoming vibes he provides every visit.
