I waited 6 months to post…my son has braces thru Covid and communication was poor. We took his braces off early (cosmetically he looked fine). I requested a permanent retainer and was chastised by the orthodontist in the middle of the treatment area and told he just needs to wear the retainer. I voiced concerned and they were ignored. Long story short after spending 8000-10000 at this office (phase 1-3 braces) we are going to another orthodontist for braces-his teeth are moving. Please listen to parents-I was ignored. everytime i come here i have to wait 30-40 minutes. they overbook constantly.
This place is Awesome!!!! The staff are Really nice, and the seem to care a lot about their patients! They also have the coolest contests that you can participate in!!!
