It's a been almost two hours just waiting in the lobby! No body has any sense of urgency here!!!
Be prepared to wait. Like 2 plus hours. Second time trying. Pray to God I don't have to go back. Will go to my regular doc next time.
I was super impressed with the service I received today. When you're sick, the last thing you want to do is spend most of your day in a doctor's office. But I was treated in a surprisingly fast time, and all of the doctors wanted to make 100% sure I was feeling better before I even left.
Always a long wait... Staff could be friendlier.
There's nothing convienent about this place. I've been in the waiting room for 1.5 hrs and only 3 people have been called back, there are still 5 in front of me. I came at 9am hoping to get a quick physical. That being said, it is a clean facility and the employees are nice.
I've been waiting in a room for an hour and still haven't seen a Dr. I've been here since 10am and its 1pm!!!
Staff needs to be more caring. If you do not like your job, find a new one. Many others would love to have a job, let along one with benefits. Get off your cell phones and go to work.
