They only get a 1 star because there is none lower. Horrible place to stay, rude employees, they even threaten people the general manager was the worst no customer service skills, I wouldn't recommend my dog to stay there. Run for your life!!

Room was infested with roaches and had not been properly cleaned. Smoke detector had a BAG over it and I was charged $150 for smoking in the room when I don’t even smoke!!! I was there with a 4 yr old and 8 yr old for a quick visit for Thanksgiving and was not even in the room 8 total hours. That’s how you know the room was not properly cleaned but the GM blamed me!!!
