Avoid any property ran by this company at all cost. They will screw you over as best as they can so if you do decide to live somewhere ran by INH properties red every single line of your lease and make sure you setup notifications for yourself about any important dates as they will most likely not remind you or will remind you with incredibly short notice. Put me into collections 2 years after I moved out for a security deposit check they cashed at the beginning of my lease. When I moved the apartment was checked and cleared and did not receive my security deposit back. Now 5 years later I am finally told that they put me into collections and am being taken to court for an amount that would be for 2&1/2 times the rent. Did I mention 5 yrs later

Do not apply if you have poor credit or anything wrong on your credit score. They will deny even if it doesn't pertain to your rental history.
