I stood at desk for 10 minutes with nobody ever coming to assist or even acknowledge me. I even said hello loudly and got no response. Very unprofessional.
I really like Andrew Wilkey. I have a speech impediment from nerve damage in my face so sometimes it’s hard to understand when I talk. Andrew really actually took the time to understand me and that means more than he knows. Most doctors kind of brush me off and talk only to my husband.
They are usually okay. Today however my prescriptions were not called in and now I have to wait until Monday. That is not very good business. This type of incompetence makes me think about going somewhere else.
Today was mine and 2 children first visited I wasn't to impressed the doctor clearly didn't check us over properly as she should have . She seemed like she was in to much of hurry to actually do her job ... any doctor office should check you properly ear nose mouth throat stomach. Which this didn't happen ... our regular doctor always does things and take the time to listen and understand your situation doesn't rush through the process either ... next time we will go somewhere else ...
