The medical staff is outstanding. The billing department, on the other hand, is atrocious. For whatever reason, I’m never charged a co pay when I go to the office even though I definitely owe one. I also never receive a bill in the mail. Now, apparently I have several bills in collections. I only know this because now I receive a call every day from a collector AND from Hamilton. I’ve always had a good experience here. Quick, efficient and friendly staff.
Have been coming to this facility since 2019 because I was not fond of advent health. I have always been fond of the providers bed side manner, however the front desk and nurses on the walkin / primary care side could use some help on the kind and courteous side.(after all I am the patient/ customer and am getting billed for the services here, and have a choice of what facility to use.)
