Tried for a week to get a prescription refilled. I’ve been a patient for 2 or 3 years. I called 5-6 times and left messages with no response. Apparently this practice no longer exists and when I finally got someone on the phone (after a week of trying) she said they mailed me a letter to let me know that they closed the practice. After being a patient of Annette's for a few years, I became a patient of Erin Ritter's. The visits with the NP's have always been pleasant. Dealing with billing and reception has always been pretty bad except for a woman they employed during Covid that worked up front. Recently, I was informed that they would be moving to addiction medicine only and I would have until June 30th to make an appointment and get medication refilled. The customer service, professionalism, and follow up in this practice are very poor. I would not recommend this office. The NP I established care with would not speak with me without an office visit (charge). The receptionist/care advocate never called me back on numerous occasions when I had billing issues nor did the office manager. It is difficult to get in touch with anyone. I am 66 years old and have been a patient for 3 years. They show a true concern for all their patients. I live In Fredericksburg and would rather go to them than the local practices.
