Can’t recommend. Office staff rude. Billing department inefficient.
We continue to have worst experience with the billing department/ front office here. Either they don't have any knowledge of how insurance works, or they are nothing better than cheaters. The dentist (Dr. Brewer) is excellent, but the manager in this facility deals with people rudely most of the times. Every single time they give us wrong calculations and misguides us, and when I pay in full every time, I received mail invoices to pay for 100s of dollars more. This place is awesome good environment best staff and Dr.Brewer is the best
My wife was very nervous today, but the doctor was calm and professional and made her feel calm. She didn't even have much pain. She's a shy, anxious person, so it's nice to see her appreciate something as scary as a dentist.
