I have had difficult times with my oral health. Having to make an appointment out of necessity is what usually gets me in the door. What a beautiful experience with the entire staff. There is not one person in this office that made me uncomfortable. They eased my fears and made me feel like family. I want to put everyone’s name I’m afraid to misspell. Ladies up front are very nasty and rude. If I could put a complaint into a manger I would. To work at a front desk, you usually need good customer service. No customer service here what so ever.
Went here for the first time and was seen by Paul Ouano, DMD. Dr. Ouano was extremely professional and very informative. He took his time explained procedures, explained reasons why and was over overall A better dentist than I’ve ever had overall. The scheduling staff and the staff at the front desk or excellent as well very accommodating and helpful! I definitely recommend this office and Doctor to anyone needing a dentist.
