Dr. Wickstra has been a fantastic dentist for me over the years. He is very concerned about the local community and stays very connected with it. When I needed some special attention with a tooth, he was extremely helpful in dealing with pain and other concerns I had. I often refer people to this office and have never had negative feedback. Dr. Wickstra has also taken time out of his Saturday to help with an emergency. The staff is also very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this office to anybody.

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did this provider rush your appointment? No

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? They examined them, but not very thoroughly Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty Does this provider treat their staff well? Kind of, but not very well Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud
