Deceitful and unapologetic about it. Was never told they were out of network and ended up paying close to 400$ out of pocket for routine exams and cleanings for myself and my child. When confronted, I was made to feel like a second class citizen because my dental insurance is "low paying." Clearly, they are paying for that new building by ripping people off. The most caring people in dentistry..very relaxing and everything explained in great detail
Changing dentists was very difficult for me, but after some research (and a recommendation) I chose Dr. Joel. It has been a good experience. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. My goal is to die with all my teeth intact and it seems that goal is good with the staff of Hamilton Dental Care.

Changing dentists was a big decision for me but I'm glad that I did it! Dr. Joel and his team are fantastic. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door and everyone was super friendly and helpful. There is a family atmosphere in this office unlike any other I've been in and it's the best feeling in the world to have! I would recommend Hamilton Dental Care to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Fantastic! Dr. Joel and his team are so professional, caring, and gentle. Before today, I was not a patient but had the misfortune of experiencing an abscessed tooth over the 4th of July weekend. They worked me in super fast! Prior to coming here, I always felt the need to have sedation for the "big" jobs. No more! They did an excellent job relieving my anxiety. I'm feeling so much better! You just gained another permanent patient. Thank you!
