I had several color scans and color prints done by Hamilton color labs. They do high quality scans and high quality prints. They are, however, not very good at fulfilling their commitments. In February, I ordered 4 prints and do to a change in plans ordered an additional print. Someone else from my organisation picked up the prints. When they arrived at the event that we needed them for, we discovered that we only had the four prints initially ordered. I don't even want to give them 1 star. They had 3 family photos for a month now. The photos were to be done May 2nd. Not finished! To be done today. Not finished! These are to be Mother's Day gifts for 5 different families. So disappointing! I was told they had a large commercial order come in and fell behind. Makes you realize where the little people stand.
