Dr. Hamilton Calder is the most unethical dentist I have ever encountered. First, for the five minutes that I saw him he represented to him that he had specialty training in root canals (so was an endodontist) and I later found out that this was not true. However, that is the least of the issues. I paid up front for a root canal, temporary and permanent crown. Cr. Caelder screwed up my root canal causing me severe pain.
