Save yourself the headache and do not go there. If we could give this place a 0 we would. Wrong information given from my eye exam report which turned out wrong lenses. Staff was rude and the doctor there didn’t seem to care after he messed it up. He said I still had to pay. He was very demeaning. This place was the closest optometrist to me in the area but I should have listened to the advice of others to not go there. My neighbor also went there and had a horrible experience.
I had worst experience. The optometrist doctors either are not experienced or do not examine the vision. The optometrist wrote a wrong prescription for me and then when I went second time, again the prescription was incorrect. I wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone.
I asked them to check on my insurance before I went. My insurance had told me it would be covered 100%. At check out they said I owed them 80.00. When I went back to get contacts I had left, there was brown on the top and in right contact. I do not want to use them because I do not know what they are contaminated with. When I asked they said it was make up.
Dr. Hamilton is very caring and thorough. He helps me take good care off my dry eyes. He is, by far, the best!
