Very unprofessional I went through the process was told I was approved to buy a Buick Enclave on Monday I was informed car was going into the shop so it could be perfect when I went to pick up the car Saturday they told me the car had an issue and I couldn’t buy the car because of mechanical issues after I drove two hours and to top it off it was never even moved or looked at by the mechanic and then dismissed me
This dealership is a whole joke. We contacted them about a car that was listed for about $4.5k. After numerous times of trying to get a hold of the finance department, we were told that after "fees and taxes" the car was-wait for it- OVER $10K. Customer service is a joke and it was just a horrible experience overall (check out their reviews).

Hi Well the price still remain ALWAYS THE SAME but if you finacing and your credit is terrible then the finance banks are charging you a lot---the finance banks not us and i think you know and they told you at the finance office when you fill up the application.Sorry but its nothing we can do to fix your credit

This dealer is dishonest in their listing price. after I contacted them. the harassment was relentless!! called texted and emailed me several times a day. & when I finally actually spoke to a sales rep, he said the listing price was only after a down payment of $1,995. Non negotiable!!

I decided to buy the 2012 Infiniti QX56 for its style and power. This vehicle had 43 saves and 116,289 miles, that's highway miles cause the car came for Massachusetts. The SUV had some minor imperfections that can be fixed. Hamilton auto was very helpful and the process went smoothly.

They was fast the answered all question
I followed up with questions about the vehicle and they either ignored them or did not answer. I explained that I am 5 hours away and needed to know as much as possible before taking the time to go to,the dealer. I asked if there was rust on the car and they said they couldn’t check.
This dealership is very attentive and thorough in following up on customer inquiries.
