Now that we have a baby, we need bit more room to haul him and his stuff( car seat, stroller, diaper bag, etc) plus what ever else we have. So we found a bigger one at Hamilton in Clovis. We started talking about it Thursday night and took it home Friday night to try. We came back today to work out a deal. We had a vehicle in our possession switching our personal items and an appointment within 2 hours when the salesman called and said the vehicle had been sold and would we bring it back the 30 miles to the dealership. The salesman lied and then had the nerve to ask us to drive it back to them. We have never had good service at Hamilton but thought we would give them another chance but this just made the determination that we will never use them for anything and we will tell everyone we know. Can’t say enough about Hamilton Auto Group. Driving up from Houston, Our explorer lost power steering on a Saturday afternoon near Clovis . Frank kept the service dept open until we got there and made arrangements for the repair. HAG even hooked us up with a loaner so we could continue to Angel Fire for the Thanksgiving holiday. You don’t often see customer service like this anymore.

Just got a 2015 Jeep Renegade ! Salesman Nathan was awesome! He did everything in his power to help me and my grandma get signed off on everything !! They got the interest I asked for, and actually are following through on having it detailed as well! Would recommend anyone to go see Nathan, he is very nice! They treated my 3 year old baby boy very respectfully and kind as well as he went with me 2 days in a row while we did the Jeep deal!
