Excellent helpful service
Ken at Buy Right Appliance Parts is the best. I needed a special part he didn’t have in stock, and he went out of his way to order it, pick it up the same day, and call me as soon as it came in. A week later, I came back because another part on my washer went out. Ken listened to what I’d already replaced, looked everything over, and told me straight up that the control board was too expensive to be worth fixing. We bought a washer there three years ago that is still working. Also, they charge $50 to deliver the appliance and the delivery guy did not even bring it in the house but left it on my front porch, said "I had too many steps" and that he was "working by himself". Definitely not worth the $50 delivery fee.
Staff and owner is very nice and helpful the guys go out of there way to do the job and very respectful and reasonable on price I would recommend them if you all are looking for new or used appliances go check them out .
They treat you like family and they always try their best to help. We loves this place and so blessed to call them family.
